The Cleveland Music School Settlement entered negotiations with Cleveland Heights/University Heights School Board for potential use of the school that closed after the 2007-2008 school year.
The goal, with some renovations, would be to turn the school into a a comprehensive art center for the people of the community.
The Music Settlement is not planning to relocate, but rather expand.
