When President Obama’s team wanted to know how to jump start our economy at the local level, one of the people they called on was Toby Rittner, the president and CEO of the Council of Development Finance Angencies (CDFA) headquarterd in Cleveland.
Mr. Rittner discussed many projects that would best administer funds from the Economic Recovery Package. His message to North East Ohio leaders is to come together and get our region’s projects ready to move.
