Upkeep of Older Homes

Thanks, Cleveland Restoration SocietyKeeping historic homes well maintained and historically accurate may not always be easy, but it makes sense, and potentially dollars when its time to sell.

For over 15 years, the Cleveland Restoration Society has offered technical assistance to owners of heritage homes built “the way they just don’t build ‘em anymore.” They allso give advice to make older homes more efficient and can help owners receive low interest loans for maintence and improvements for the old and historic properties.
