General Radiothon Information

For a brief synopsis, our goal is to collect $35,000 in donations this year so we can complete our power increase project this summer.

Donating

Donating is simple and tax deductible! Just call in during your favorite show and tell the DJ you’d like to make a pledge. You can do so using either a credit card or check. The DJ will collect all the relevant information (Your name, how you’re paying, where to send your premium, etc.). If you’re paying by credit card, the call’s all you need to do - your premium should reach you shortly. If paying by check, the DJ doing the show when you donate will tell you where to send it. If you forgot to write it down, the check should be made out to “WJCU Radio” and should be sent to:

Premiums

• $10 - WJCU Logo keychain
• $20 - Choice of:
  • WJCU Logo bottle opener (fits on the keychain and is all-around pretty awesome)
  • “4,292 Seconds through Cleveland”, a compilation of local Cleveland bands put together by WJCU)
• $30 - Most DJs will have a special item at this level - find out on your favorite show
• $40 - WJCU Logo T-Shirt (Sizes S, M, L, and XL; all available in black or white)
• $50 - WJCU Logo Polo Shirt (Sizes S, M, L, and XL; all available in black or grey)
• $75 - WJCU Logo Hoodie (Sizes S, M, L, and XL; all available in black or grey)
• $100 - Guest DJ Appearance - spend an hour on your favorite show! (Not available for all DJs, check during the show you’re interested in)

Everyone who donates will also receive a WJCU Bonus Button with their premium - some DJs also include an additional special item for anyone who donates during their show.
