The Noble Road Presbyterian Church of Cleveland Heights just celebrated the one year anniversary The Dougbe River Presbyterian school, the first school in Grand Gedeh County in Liberia –a remote part of West Africa.
Issac Monah, elder at the Noble Road Presbyterian Church, negotiated with the contractor while also monitoring the construction of the school during its building.
